Lindsey, a proud Colorado native, has been a dedicated professional in the Colorado Real Estate industry since 2009. A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, she combines her educational background with extensive industry experience to provide exceptional service to her clients. Lindsey collaborates with top professionals in the mortgage industry and offers a comprehensive network of trusted resources to assist with every aspect of the real estate process.
Known for her hard work, expertise, and approachable demeanor, Lindsey is the ideal choice for those seeking a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending quality time with her three daughters, horseback riding and showing horses, golfing, and hiking. Lindsey is also an active community member, volunteering with The Junior League of Denver and the Ronald McDonald House.

Matt Talafuse
Co-Founder and Team Owner
Matt is a proud combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, having served eight years in the military as a UH-60 Black Hawk mechanic and Crew Chief. Following his military service, Matt transitioned to a full-time career as a firefighter with South Metro Fire Rescue in Parker, CO. His flexible schedule allows him to work alongside his wife, Lindsey, providing exceptional service to their real estate clients and ensuring seamless transactions since 2011.
Outside of his professional commitments, Matt enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and hunting. Above all, his greatest joy is being a devoted husband to Lindsey and a dedicated father to their three daughters.

Originally from Shorewood, Illinois, Joy has called Denver home for over 20 years and fully embraces the Colorado lifestyle. With deep expertise in real estate transactions, she brings valuable knowledge and insight to the team. Joy earned her BA from the University of Iowa in 2002. In addition to her Colorado real estate license she holds several professional designations, including Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Home Marketing Luxury Specialist, and Council of Residential Specialists. Joy is a devoted wife to Andy and a proud mom to two wonderful boys—and two happy hounds.

After nearly 20 years in Parks and Recreation Management, Andy transitioned to real estate in 2021, bringing strong leadership and customer service skills to every transaction. With hands-on experience in house flipping and investment properties, he is a valuable resource for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Andy provides expert guidance to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Originally from Minnesota, Andy attended the University of Iowa, earning a degree in Marketing. He moved to Colorado in 2002 and later earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Andy enjoys life in Colorado with his wife and two active boys. When he’s not assisting clients with their real estate goals, you’ll find him coaching youth baseball and trying to stay active.

Rich and Jana Johnson
Rich and Jana Johnson are a husband-and-wife real estate team serving the Denver metro area with a strong foundation in home systems, inspections, and customer service. With decades of combined experience in the plumbing and sewer inspection industries, they bring a unique level of insight and expertise to every transaction.
After owning and operating a sewer inspection company together, Rich and Jana transitioned into real estate in 2019, earning their licenses at the same time. Their hands-on knowledge of home infrastructure, paired with Jana’s background in business administration and operations, allows them to guide clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.
