Hometown hero program

We greatly appreciate and respect your service to our community and our country! As a Hometown Hero, when buying or selling your home, you will receive 20% of our commission back. It will be applied toward closing costs or any additional lender approved expenses. This can save you THOUSANDS on one or both sides of your transaction! An additional 5% will then be donated to a non-profit of your choice!  

We will work with your lender to make sure we are able to utilize these funds in the most appropriate and beneficial manner to reduce your closing costs and fees. These funds cannot legally be applied toward your down payment.
